Organic, Inorganic, and Hybrid Halide Perovskite Thin Films

The Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology A is soliciting research articles for publication in a Special Topic Collection on Organic, Inorganic, and Hybrid Halide Perovskite Thin Films. The Special Topic Collection will feature articles dedicated to the science and technology of halide perovskites.

Topics covered include, but are not limited to:

• Growth and characterization of organic, inorganic, and hybrid halide perovskite thin films
• Physical and chemical vapor deposition of halide perovskites
• Physics of halide perovskites
• Electronic and optoelectronic devices and application based on halide perovskites including solar cells and LEDs.
