Celebration of Robert Byron Bird (1924-2020)
This special collection celebrates the rich and remarkable contributions of Professor Robert Byron Bird of the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. We call for submissions of or related to his groundbreaking books on the molecular theory of gases and liquids, transport phenomena and the dynamics of polymeric liquids.
Topics covered include, but are not limited to:
- Molecular theory of gases and liquids

- Dynamics of polymeric liquids

For those interested in submitting, please take note of the following instructions:

Papers that are accepted for publication will publish immediately upon acceptance and will appear online in a virtual collection dedicated to this special topic.
