Papers from the AVS 71st International Symposium
This special topic collection includes papers presented during the AVS 71st International Symposium & Exhibition, which took place from September 21-26, 2025 in Charlotte, NC. The theme for AVS 71 was “Engineering the Future: Collaborative Frontiers in Surface, Quantum, and Energy Sciences.” The Program Chair was Stephanie Law (Pennsylvania State University) and the Program Vice-Chair was Mark Losego (Georgia Institute of Technology). Papers include any talks that fall under the regular scope of JVST B.
