Molecular Beam Epitaxy
This collection contains papers presented at the 24th International Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (July 12-16, 2026 in Ann Arbor, Michigan; Chairs: Pallab Bhattacharya and Zetian Mi, University of Michigan) as well as other papers on this topic that are not presented at the conference. The International Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy is a prominent international forum for reporting new developments in the areas of fundamental and applied molecular beam epitaxy research, including advances in the technique, synthesis of new materials, discovery of new physical properties, formation of novel heterostructures and nanostructures, and the development of innovative devices.
