Next Generation Electronics & Photonics
This special issue will include reviews, regular papers, and short communications, and reports in the fields for next generation electronics and photonics.
The topics include but not restricted in advanced microelectronic devices and materials, low-dimensional materials and novel nanodevice applications, flexible/ wearable/ implantable electronics, wide bandgap semiconductor materials and devices, photoelectronics, photonics, advanced display technologies, nanophotonics, integrated quantum photonics, photovoltaics, energy harvesting and self-powered wireless sensing, sensors, micro-actuators, MEMS, microfluidics, and bioMEMS, etc.
