AIP Publishing is pleased to welcome several new Associate Editors to our journals this month.
Wei Li – APL Materials
A Professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Nankai University, Prof. Li’s research interests include the synthesis and physical properties of hybrid crystals (especially hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites and metal-organic frameworks), and their potential applications in energy and optoelectronics.
Liming Bian – APL Bioengineering
Prof. Bian is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prof. Bian’s research focuses on the development of novel multiscale biomaterials not only for investigating the role of cell microenvironment factors on stem cell behaviors but also for facilitating the regeneration of diseased or injured tissues and organs.
Dattatray Late – AIP Advances
Associate Professor and the head of the AUM-Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology in India, Prof. Late’s work is focused on the development of 2D hybrid nanomaterials for nanoscale devices and energy storage applications. He is a leading expert on Raman spectroscopy to characterize a wide range of carbon and 2D materials (thickness, temperature, pressure dependence).
