AIP Publishing and River Valley Technologies announced a new partnership to use River Valley’s ReView 3.0, a next-generation submission and peer review platform, to manage the AIP Conference Proceedings program.
During the evaluation, AIPP trialled ReView 3.0 across several live conferences, confirming significant reductions in both editorial turnaround times and administrative workload. The platform’s robust workflow automation and intuitive interface delivered measurable efficiency gains, aligning with AIPP’s strategic goals for operational scalability and publishing integrity.
“ReView 3.0 will help us streamline workflows and strengthen research integrity across our Conference Proceedings program,” said Bridget D’Amelio, Director of Publishing Development at AIP Publishing. “It’s an important step in improving the experience for editors and authors while upholding the quality and trust that define AIP Publishing.”
“We are delighted to partner with AIPP on this major implementation,” said Maryam Bazargan, CEO of River Valley Technologies. “ReView 3.0 was built with efficiency, transparency, and flexibility in mind – values we share with AIPP. Their selection validates our vision for the future of scholarly publishing.”
The platform is also integrated with River Valley’s Integrated Research Integrity Checker – a configurable suite of tools (both in-house and third-party) that helps flag ethical concerns such as plagiarism, excessive self-citation, tortured phrases, and statistical anomalies. Embedded directly within the submission workflow, it ensures early and efficient detection while adapting to AIPP’s editorial policies.
