administrator for your AAP Fusion agreement. 00:01:00.000 --> 00:01:09.000 It introduces the model and walks you through the administrator dashboard within AAP Publishing's Billing and Production publishing efforts. 00:01:22.000 --> 00:01:29.000 Before we jump into the dashboard, I'd like to start by introducing AIP Fusion, our new agreement with your institution. 00:01:29.000 --> 00:01:38.000 Through this partnership, researchers at your institution now have expanded access to AIP Publishing's full publishing ecosystem. 00:01:38.000 --> 00:01:57.000 They can read across the entire portfolio of AIP Publishing and partner journals with access to content from 1999 to present. 00:04:57.000 --> 00:05:04.000 Once a manuscript is accepted, it will appear in this Pending Approval tab for administrator review. 00:05:04.000 --> 00:05:13.000 At this point, you'll receive an e-mail notification and will be prompted to take one of three actions you may approve. 00:05:13.000 --> 00:05:22.000 This confirms the manuscript will be published Open Access under your institution's Fusion agreement and no further action is required. 00:05:22.000 --> 00:05:26.000 There will be no cost for the author and no charge to the institution. 00:05:26.000 --> 00:05:28.000 You may also deny. 00:05:28.000 --> 00:05:35.000 If you deny the manuscript, it will not be covered by the agreement and Fusion agreement with the publication charges billed directly to the institution. 00:05:46.000 --> 00:05:54.000 This option would be used in exceptional cases where the institution chooses to cover the Open Access fees separately. 00:05:54.000 --> 00:06:05.000 After selecting Approve, Deny, or Bill Me, click Process at the bottom left of the screen to complete the action. 00:06:05.000 --> 00:06:09.000 If you click on the middle tab, you'll come to the Pending Payment tab. 00:06:09.000 --> 00:06:18.000 Because AAP Fusion agreements do not include article caps or APC invoicing, you should typically see no activity in this tab. 00:06:18.000 --> 00:06:30.000 The only time entries may appear here is if your account is set up as manual approval and you choose to have an article billed separately or outside of your AAP Fusion agreement. 00:06:30.000 --> 00:06:46.000 Otherwise, for institutions fully operating under the Fusion model, this section will generally remain empty as section provides visibility into manuscripts that have been published under your agreement. 00:06:56.000 --> 00:07:07.000 Because AAP Fusion does not include article caps or APC invoicing, this tab functions primarily as a reporting and tracking tool rather than a billing interface. 00:07:07.000 --> 00:07:12.000 From here, administrators can review manuscripts published under the agreement. reports to Excel for internal tracking or institutional reporting. 00:07:30.000 --> 00:07:42.000 This makes the Payment History tab the main place to review your institution's publishing activity and generate reports as needed. 00:07:42.000 --> 00:07:51.000 Finally, if you need to update your account profile, such as your contact details or address information, you can do this directly within the Information. 00:08:03.000 --> 00:08:15.000 This section allows you to review and update your administrator account details as needed to ensure your contact and institutional information remains
